Uvala Nova nalazi se na jugozapadnom dijelu otoka Korčule, oko 7 km udaljena od Vele Luke i od Blata. Asfaltna cesta dovesti će Vas do pred samu kuću a neposredno ispred kuće na 20 m udaljenosti nalazi se lijepa kamenita plaža sa uređenim sunčalištima i mostićem za privez čamca. Uz kuću se nalazi parkiralište za 2 automobila.
Kuća je u prvom redu uz more u nizu od 10-tak kuća ima električnu energiju, TV i nema još potpuno završenu fasadu. Veličanstveni vidik s velikih natkritih terasa, mir, tišina i prekrasna priroda učiniti će vaš odmor jedinstvenim doživljejem.
Kuća sadrži 2 apartmana.

-	Apartman studio nalazi se u prizemlju. Unutrašnjost sadrži 1 francuski ležaj, pomoćni rasklopivi ležaj, prostor za kuhanje i WC odvojen od tuša. Naprijed je terasa koja u 20 m2 natkrite površine sadrži zidani kamin i ljetnu kuhinju.
-	Na prvom katu s posebnim ulazom je dvosobni aparman. Sadrži 2 dvokrevetne spavaće sobe, kuhinju s trpezarijom, dnevni boravak s pomoćnim rasklopivim ležajem, tuš-WC i još posebno odvojeni WC, te veliku natkritu terasu oko 20 m2.

Akvatorij u Novoj osim za kupanje vrlo je pogodan za pecanje, jedrenje na dasci, vožnju skuterom ili manjim čamcem do susjednih otočića, te za podvodno ronjenje.
Okolina je idealna za duge šetnje, joging ili vožnju biciklom u gotovo netaknutoj prirodi Korčulanske makije.

Ovo je mjesto podesno za Vaš odmor tijekom većeg dijela godine.
Posebne pogodnosti nudimo od 1. travnja do 15. lipnja i od 10. rujna do 31. listopada.

Der Weiler Nova in der gleichnamigen Bucht befindet sich an der Südwestseite der Insel Korcula und ist ca 7 km von den Städtchen Velaluka und Blato entfernt.
Eine asfaltierte Strasse füert Sie bis zum Haus. 20 m vor dem Haus befindet sich wunderschöner Felsstrand mit angerichteten Plätzchen zum sonnen und baden. Vorhanden ist auch ein privates Boots-Anliegeplatz und Parkplatz für 2 PKW.
Das Haus befindet sich in die erste Reihe am Meer deren Fasade ist noch nicht folkommend fertigt, ist uhmgebend vor noch cca 10 Hauser und ist mit dem Strom und TV versorgt.
Von der grossen Terassen vor der Wohnungen mit herzlichen Ausblick auf das Meer und die vorgelegten Inselchen können Sie im absoluten Ruhe Ihren Urlaub geniessen.
Der Haus hat 2 Apartmants

-	Apatmanstudio besteht aus einer Wohnküche und Schlafzimmer zusammen, versorgt mit einem Franzosischem Bett, einem Klapbarem Bett, Bad, WC und Terasse. Auf der Terasse befindet sich für warme Jahreszeit eine Sommerküche, Kamin und Sommerdusche.
-	Auf die erste Etage befindet sich Apartman mit 2 Dopelbettzimer, Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer, Bad mit WC, separates WC und überdekter Terasse. Auser baden und sonnen, die Umgebung von Nova bittet:- im Meer der surfen und tauchen und am Land beste Möglichkeiten für Spazirgänge, Fahradtouren oder Jogging in unberührtes Natur der Korculaner Maccia.

Es ist ein Ort für das ganzes Jahr der besonders Preissguenstig ist fur Jahreszeiten vom 1. April bis 15. Juni und vom 10. Septembar bis 31. October.

The bay of Nova is located on the soutwest side of island of Korcula, about 7 km from the small town of Vela Luka and Blato.
Asphalt road will bring you straight to the house. About 20 m away direct in front of the house to a lovely stone beach, with places for sunbathing and piers for tieing boats.
Next to the house there are parking places for two cars.
This house is in the first row of 10 houses along the sea. It has electric power supply, TV, but the exterior of the house is not completley finished.
A marvelous view from the big covered balcony place, stillness and beutiful nature will make your holiday unique adventures.
The house has two apartments.
Studio apartment is situated on the ground floor. It is furnished with french bed, one extension bed, place for cooking, and toilet with separate shower.
In front of about 20 qm covered balcony there is a built-in fire place and summer kitchen.
On the first floor with separate entrance there is a double room apartment.
It consists of two double rooms, kitchen with dinning room, living room with extension bed, shower-toilet and separate toilet and big covered balcony about 20qm.
Besides swimming, bay of Nova is suitable for fishing, board sailing, scouter or boat trips to the neighbouring islands and under-water diving.
Surroundings of Nova is ideal for long walks, jogging or bike riding in almost untuched nature.

During the year a special privileges are offered from 1st April to 15th June and from 10 til September to 31st October.
