Kuća je smještena u uvali Gradina, 5 km udaljena od Vele Luke. Nalazi se uz samu obalu koja je plitka i pogodna za kupanje. Okružena je borovom šumom. Cestom se dolazi do kuće gdje je i parkiralište. Kuća ima električnu energiju. Ispred kuće je velika terasa sa roštiljem. Vikendica ima kuhinju, veliki dnevni boravak, sobe i WC sa tušem.
